Whenever you, “the Guest” make a reservation and book a “Renard Bleu Homes” summer houses,

1. A rental contract is created between “the Guest” in whose name the booking is made and of course on behalf of all members of his party, and Renard Bleu Homes, “the owner” for the agreed period named “Rental Period”
2. You accept the detailed terms & conditions that follow:

Payment

When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to Renard Bleu Homes within 5 working days of availability confirmation. The following deposit payment must be received by Renard Bleu Homes.

Additional costs

The cost of the Wi-Fi internet, electricity, water, draining, cleaning, and garden maintenance and local taxes are included in rental rates. There are generally no additional costs, surcharges, taxes, staff salaries, or management fees above the price quoted except if additional demands of are asked.

Arrival & Departure times

Renard Bleu Homes are flexible in the departure and arrival times. We always try to accommodate the Guest’s actual arrival and departure times, subject to availability. Typical check-out and check-in times are 11:00 and 14:00 respectively, unless stated otherwise.

Damage or Losses

Renard Bleu Homes is our “home”; therefore the Guest must treat it accordingly and leave the Property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition. Any damage or losses caused during the Rental Period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the Guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the Guest’s account . In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the Rental Period, the Owner or Owner’s Representative may require the Guest and their party, including visitors to vacate the Property immediately, without compensation or refund.

Access

Renard Bleu Homes and its facilities are available for the Guest’s full enjoyment during the Rental Period. 

Number of Guests

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at Renard Bleu Homes must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding this number may cause safety problems. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Use of Property

All bookings to Renard Bleu Homes are assumed to be for normal holiday purposes only, and the Guest agrees that the use of the Property will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Note that Renard Bleu Homes are inside a residential area, and therefore, they are subject to rules and regulations regarding their use. 

Noise &  Disruption

The Guest is asked to respect all other Guests of the complex, and ensure that all guests and visitors to the summer houses behave appropriately. It is very important that residents take the responsibility to follow the Quiet Hours of the country which are the following:
Summertime 1 Apr-30 Sept: 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00
Wintertime 1 Oct-31 Mar: 15:30-17:30 & 22:00-07:30.

Conduct and Due Care

Renard Bleu Homes residents and their guests are expected to comply with the rules and regulations set by the Greek Government. Illegal or immoral activities including gambling, prostitution, prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are all strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited inside the summer houses.

Renard Bleu Homes Responsibility

The descriptions, assessments and ratings of Renard Bleu Homes that are published or given to the Guest are provided in good faith and in the belief that they are accurate based on the latest information of the house. However, Renard Bleu Homes cannot be held responsible for any modifications or inaccuracies to the summer houses, especially in its contents (plates, glasses etc.). 

Disclaimers

Renard Bleu Homes do not accept any responsibility or liability for

• Any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by the Guest, their party or visitors regardless of the cause.
• Any vehicle or the contents of any vehicle used, hired or engaged by the Guest or their party during the Rental Period.
• Inability of the Guest or any member of the Guest’s party to enter the location of the Property or stay at the Property for all or part of the Rental Period as a result of failure to obtain appropriate travel or visa documentation, cancellation or amendments to travel arrangements or the missing of flights or travel connections.

Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by the laws of Greece. In the event of controversy arising from the booking, both parties agree to try to solve any difference amicably.  
By making its booking request, the Guest agrees that these terms and conditions have been read, understood and have been accepted and agreed to by the Guest without reservation and without exception.

Safety & Protection

The safety standards and regulations are those of Greece. As a result, please be careful when in unfamiliar buildings or surroundings, and get to know the escape route from Renard Bleu Homes in case of fire.
Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. Neither Renard Bleu Homes nor our agents or representatives can take responsibility for any loss or damage.
